FY25 Airport Parking Reimbursement Rates
As of July 1, 2024, university travelers will be reimbursed for economical airport parking costs at the three major airports that serve the Washington–Baltimore metropolitan area – BWI, Dulles International Airport, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. With a valid, itemized receipt, travelers will be reimbursed for parking costs up to $14/day at BWI and Dulles airports and up to $19/day at Ronald Reagan airport.
When traveling for work or pleasure, USM employees are also encouraged to use the BWI Airport Fast Park perk. Employees can enroll in the Fast Park Rewards Program using a TU email address to receive discounts and rewards for parking at BWI. Employees using this perk will be reimbursed for parking costs related to business travel.
