Staff and Faculty Pay Adjustments 2024

Regular Contingent II Employees and Librarians active on July 1, 2024, can now see any eligible pay adjustments in their PeopleSoft Self-Service.    

These increases include updates to the USM non-exempt pay structure and the TU-exempt pay structure.  All staff paid under the minimum of their pay range received a pay adjustment to the new minimum before any eligible COLA or merit.  Updated pay structures can be found on the Classification and Compensation website.  

 All eligible people can view their current salary in PeopleSoft’s Human Resources database. To view your current salary:  

  • Go to theMy TU home page 
  • Click on PeopleSoft HCM(icon with three stick figures) 
  • Click on the Peoplesoft DesktopMenu 
  • In the top Left Corner, click on the Main Menuand go to Self-Service 
  • Select Payroll and Compensation 
  • View Compensation History

Per the regular pay schedule, regular staff employees and librarians will see a partial pay adjustment on July 17,2024. The first paycheck reflecting the increase in full will be posted on July 31, 2024.

Per the contingent pay schedule, contingent II staff employees will see a partial pay adjustment on July 24, 2024.  The first paycheck reflecting the increase in full will be posted on August 7, 2024.

Regular faculty and lecturers will receive their COLA and merit increase effective the beginning of their academic year contract.
