Downtime info for OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance on Sunday, June 16 from 8 a.m. until noon. The following services will be offline and unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • NetID Management including self-service, password change and NetID activation.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to OTS Alerts. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
