Please be advised that construction will take place this summer at the Towsontown Parking Garage and on the pedestrian bridge that connects from the garage to CLA. The project is scheduled to start on May 23, 2024, and end on August 15, 2024. The project includes demolition and replacement of the southeast and northwest garage staircases. These staircases will be closed during construction. The southwest and northeast staircases and the elevator will remain open for use. Portions of the pedestrian bridge will be also closed on a rotating basis for repairs. Detour signage and barricades will be in place during the construction. We request that all signs and barricades be followed to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicle traffic.
