Feeling stuck and looking for a supportive space to get things done? Curious about new study tips and strategies? The Counseling Center, Albert S. Cook Library, and Accessibility & Disability Services have “doubled up” to create a neuro-inclusive experience for you to try out in-person and virtual body doubling, explore new study strategies, and work together in curated work spaces with access to snacks, fidgets, and other resources. All are welcome!

What is Body Doubling?
Body-doubling is a productivity aid and practice. It may help neurodiverse folx stay focused and keep motivated. A “body double” is another person who keeps you company or works next to you in a supportive and non-shaming way. This can be done in-person or virtually.
