The School of Emerging Technologies invites applications for Summer Start-Up fund for faculty intent on initiating technology-centered inter-disciplinary research that is or developing inter-disciplinary curriculum. This fund will provide salary-based summer funds to the investigator. In addition, the faculty will be invited to participate in the SET-OSPR workshop. Faculty will be expected to present the outcome of the summer work to a SET panel during the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester. This fund is targeted for a single investigator, but he/she can be part of a broader project. The startup project will begin June 1 and will formally culminate with the panel presentation.

All applications must be submitted by midnight on May 3, 2024 using the SET Summer 2024 Start-Up application form. The Summer Start-Up 2024 Application (.docx) template will be needed to complete this form.
