As part of Explore Your Neuroverse ’24, we are launching the TU Sensory Series to highlight the importance of sensory care and neurodiversity. For our first workshop, the Counseling Center has partnered up with The Hub to bring you Food and Friends.
Food and Friends is dedicated to nourishing neurodiversity through food access and resources for a diverse campus. This workshop will focus on:
- Eating differences related to sensory concerns, ARFID & neurodivergence
- Strategies to cope and navigate feeding challenges
- Food access & resources on campus
Please join us for helpful tips and strategies, community building, and free snacks. After our workshop at the Counseling Center, interested attendees can join us for tour of The Hub next door to check out its offerings. All are welcome!
