Next week: changes to login experience for many TU services
Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 19, you’ll notice changes when logging into many TU services with your TU NetID.
What to expect
- Students: TU login screens will have a new look. You’ll enter your TU email address, then NetID password.
- Faculty and staff: TU login screens will have a new look. You’ll enter your TU email address, then NetID password, and use the Duo Verified Push four-digit code process.
This is the final phase of this security enhancement already in place on other TU services, like Microsoft 365. These familiar Single Sign-On (SSO) and Duo changes make login experiences consistent and lay the groundwork for future Duo rollouts and improvements.
Need help?
If you experience a login error after this change, clear your browser’s cache, see the Knowledge Base article for more help or if there’s still an issue, submit a TechHelp service request. If you need help logging in, contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center or Student Computing Services.
