Next week: changes to login experience for many TU services

Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 19, you’ll notice changes when logging into many TU services with your TU NetID. 

 What to expect  

This is the final phase of this security enhancement already in place on other TU services, like Microsoft 365. These familiar Single Sign-On (SSO) and Duo changes make login experiences consistent and lay the groundwork for future Duo rollouts and improvements.

If you experience a login error after this change, clear your browser’s cache, see the Knowledge Base article for more help or if there’s still an issue, submit a TechHelp service request. If you need help logging in, contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center or Student Computing Services.
