How can I prepare for my upcoming Performance Review?

Performance Management is an ongoing cycle of goal setting, feedback, and review, which allows employees and their supervisor to track and monitor progress towards goals. The performance review period is June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.

To assist employees in preparing for their upcoming performance review meeting, the Office of Human Resources will host training sessions on working with your supervisor in the performance review process, including self-reflection, and participating in the performance review conversation.
