Level Up: Transitioning Your Teaching & Programming to High Impact Practice
Highlighting the eight quality dimensions of High Impact Practices (HIPs), this workshop encourages faculty and staff to conduct reviews to determine if classroom strategies meet the rigorous standards, and therefore value, associated with HIPs. This time will focus on providing participants with a foundation to use in transitioning their own curricular and co-curricular activities into quality HIPs. Quality dimension materials will be available to address how to transition this type of activity to meet HIPs standards; therefore, those who attend are encouraged to bring examples of activities that they would like to receive guidance and feedback on.
