March 14: Changes to DocuSign login experience
Starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 you’ll notice changes when logging into docusign.towson.edu.
This is the next phase of ongoing security enhancements already in place on other TU services, like Microsoft 365 so it should be familiar. These Duo and Single Sign-On (SSO) changes will make logging in consistent with the other services that have already been updated.
What to expect
- If you’re filling out a form that was sent to you as a link, there is no change.
- If you’re logging into DocuSign (docusign.towson.edu) to create a form or manage a process, you’ll see a new look and process, and you’ll use Duo.
If you experience a login error after this change, clear your browser’s cache. If there’s still an issue, submit a TechHelp service request. If you need help logging in, contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center or Student Computing Services.
