Calling all supervisors to NOMINATE a deserving administrative professional for the Marilyn Dannenfelser Endowed Staff Award!
Do you have an amazing Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant on your team? Yes? Then consider submitting a nomination for the Marilyn Dannenfelser Endowed Staff Award!
Named in memory of a former employee and Executive Administrative Assistant, Marilyn Dannenfelser, who enjoyed a 46-year career supporting six TU presidents, this award is one of the ways that TU recognizes the talent of its often unsung heroes… our administrative professionals. Nominees should personify some of the outstanding personal and professional qualities that Mrs. Dannenfelser was known for, such as: flexibility, sound judgment, positivity, diplomacy, and problem solving.
Nominees must be full-time non-exempt TU staff members and have completed at least one year of service in the administrative role at the time of nomination. The Award Selection Committee will work with Human Resources and/or divisional leadership to verify that each nominee is in good standing with the University and is not on probation or a performance improvement plan.
