- Get technology support: Student Computing Services is where you get general technology help, ResNet support or get assistance with laptop repair. Visit the Tech Services desk in Cook Library’s Academic Commons or see all support options including chat, call and text. Prefer online help? Submit a TechHelp ticket or search the knowledge base for TU tech topics.
- Access and use multimedia equipment including 3D printing, VR, equipment loans and studios in the Student Multimedia Lab in Cook Library 35.
- Blackboard help is available through TU’s Blackboard team.
- Wi-Fi: connect to the correct network, report issues and see quick troubleshooting fixes.
- Bookmark this info on TU’s essential technologies for using NetIDs, accessing email, registration and records, where and how to print, logging into courses in Blackboard, storing files, using OneCard and more.
- Protect yourself and TU: think before you click. Forward suspicious email to phishing@towson.edu, then delete. Be aware of job posting phishing scams asking for W2 forms, and direct deposit forms or asking you to transfer money using gift cards.
