Business Travel Drop-In Sessions
Starting in the new year, the Business Travel Office will begin offering Travel Lab Training twice a week. These sessions are designed to help anyone with Business Travel related questions or issues involving travel authorizations, expense reports, or any travel policy-related questions. This is a great opportunity to work one on one with a Business Travel Office team member who can assist with new or existing forms in Stratus and provide information regarding pre-payment options that the University offers to reduce out of pocket expenses.
Sessions are open to any on-campus user and can be attended prior to traveling, while traveling, and after returning from your trip. Assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Depending on the demand, you may have to wait in the waiting room of the meeting briefly if there are others in line ahead of you. The host will admit you when ready.
