Last Day for Prorated Refund of Fall 2023 Parking Permit

Heads up Tigers! The last day to cancel your fall parking permit and receive a partial refund for the Fall 2023 term is Thursday November 30, 2023. If you won’t need your permit after this time, remember to cancel your permit to receive a prorated refund. No refunds will be given after this date.

Students cancelling their parking permit should submit a Parking Permit Return/Exchange Form online to the Auxiliary Service Business Office (ASBO) or by emailing onecard@towson.edu. Prorated refunds for Fall term parking permits will be processed by ASBO until November 30. Daily, weekly, and monthly permits are not eligible for refunds. Please be advised that a valid TU permit will still be necessary to park on campus. If you intend to park on campus through the end of January 2024, you will need to pay the daily parking rate or keep your Fall term permit.

Still want to cancel your permit, but park on campus? Purchase a daily visitor permit through ParkMobile! For more information, visit the Visitor webpage. Weekly and monthly permits can only be purchased for the Stadium Lots (Lots 4, 7 & 8 near Towson Center) through your eParking account.
