Lytho log-in update for Creative Services requests
If you use Lytho to submit Creative Services project requests, listen up! Lytho has implemented a new single sign-on (SSO) system. You should still use your TU NetID and password to log in, but you’ll need to reauthenticate following the Oct. 27 update. The first time you log in to the new SSO in Lytho, current users will receive a prompt that indicates your account already exists, along with a button to ‘Link to existing account.’ This will trigger an email with a button to ‘Connect accounts.’ Once you’ve done that, you can continue using Lytho as normal.
