TU Environmental Studies & Conservation in Costa Rica Information Session TODAY
Join TU Biology Professor Sarah Haines to learn about her summer study abroad program to Costa Rica TODAY at 2:30pm in the Psychology Bldg, room 405.
Professor Haines will explain how students will work side-by-side with local community members to complete environmental action projects. She’ll also give you an overview of the other program highlights including excursions to Arenal Volcano National Park, coffee and chocolate tours, and more!
Participants will earn BIOL 382/582 or ENVS 382/582. ELED and EESE majors can substitute for BIOL 303 Life Sciences. Students may fulfill units toward their Latin American Studies elective requirements in consultation with the Latin American Studies program director prior to departure.
