Graduate study abroad options
Graduate-level options for study abroad and away may be more limited, but they do exist with TU Faculty-Led programs! Grad students can study abroad during Minimester, Spring Break, and Summer in 2024, and admission is rolling. Space is still available for Minimester and Spring Break, but the deadline is quickly approaching on October 15! Students in any grad program are eligible to apply but may need consent of graduate program director for admission. Check out the programs with graduate coursework options below:
Minimester 2024 – Apply by October 15!

- Corporate Communication in London, UK (MCOM 670 Special Topics in Mass Communication)
- Education, Ethics, and Change: Ireland and the U.S. (SCED 594 Travel and Study in Secondary Education)
Spring Break 2024 – Apply by October 15!
- Human Resource Development in Italy (HRD 665 International Human Resources: Issues and Applications)
Summer 2024 – Apply by March 15!
- Education, Ethics, and Change in Thailand (SCED 594 Travel and Study in Secondary Education & ELED 594 Travel and Study in Elementary Education)
- Environmental Studies & Conservation in Costa Rica (BIOL 582/ENVS 582 Environmental Education and Service Learning in the Tropics)
- Finding the Good Life: An Exploration of the Happiest Place on Earth, Denmark (PSYC 594 Travel and Study Abroad in Psychology)
- Social Permissiveness in Amsterdam: Perspectives on Race, Gender, Class, and Sexuality (IDFA 571 Special Topics in Social Action)
- Tropical Field Ecology in Peru (BIOL 547 Tropical Field Ecology, 6 credits)
