What works in peer review activities?
Do peer review activities in class really improve student writing? Is it better to have students “correct” one another’s papers silently or have a conversation about their writing? Do students even know how to give effective feedback? What tech platforms might help facilitate online peer review?
Join the TU Writing Center in this fall’s Faculty Book Club, when we’ll read a new edited collection of scholarship on peer review and evaluate the practices we use in our own classes with the goal of adapting and revising teaching strategies.
