Faculty/Staff: Annual Information Security Awareness Training coming soon
Full-time TU faculty and staff will be receiving a Security Awareness training email starting the week of October 2.
What to expect
This annual required Information Security training is coordinated by OTS’ Office of Information Security and will be sent from securityawareness@towson.edu. All full-time TU employees are expected to complete the training upon receipt of the email, which should take approximately 30 minutes.
Why is the training used?
Information Security Awareness Training is designed to inform you of the steps you can take to protect yourself, your family, and the university from malicious or unlawful use of our resources by external sources, like cybercriminals.
