Internationally acclaimed and award-winning author Amara Lakhous joins the Towson University community to speak about his journey as a bilingual author writing in Arabic and Italian. Dr. Lakhous will speak about the sense of belonging, transcultural identities, and intercultural communication in the Mediterranean region.

This event is sponsored by the Departments of History, and the Programs in Ancient Mediterranean Studies, and Global Humanities.
