The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this Sunday, Sept. 17 from 7:30 a.m. until noon. These services will be unavailable during that time:

  • NetID Management (self-service, password change, NetID activation) 

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to OTS Alerts. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ typical maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
