Cannabis products are not permitted at TU

While Maryland state law now permits limited personal cannabis use for those over the age of 21, federal law prohibits the use of illicit drugs and controlled substances on college campuses. As such, TU policies remain unchanged, and all cannabis products – including recreational and medical marijuana – are not permitted on university grounds. To support student health and safety, TU offers the Responsible Tiger Protocol Amnesty Program. If you or a friend experiences a medical emergency after the consumption of drugs or alcohol, please seek help right away.
