How to get Support
- Contact Student Computing Services with tech-related questions, for residence hall internet and TV service (ResNet) support, help with fixing laptop software or booking studios/multimedia equipment.
- Have a question about your new Microsoft Outlook email and OneDrive file storage/sharing account? Ask SCS. Bookmark towson.edu/scs.

Protect your Online Accounts-and TU
Use extreme caution with email – phishing attacks remain a top threat. Get a suspicious email? Forward it to phishing@towson.edu then delete. Be aware of job posting phishing scams asking for W2s, direct deposit forms or gift card purchases. Bookmark towson.edu/phishing.
Find and get Software
