Reminder-Faculty/Staff Pay Adjustments

As a reminder, regular employees scheduled for a July 1, 2023, cost of living/merit will see a partial pay adjustment accounting for 11 days in the pay period that ends July 11, 2023, on the pay date of July 19,2023. The first paycheck reflecting the increase in full will be posted for the following pay period, which ends July 25, 2023, with a pay date of August 2, 2023.

Contingent II employees scheduled for July 1, 2023, will see increases reflected in full for the pay period which ends July 14, 2023, with a pay date of July 26, 2023.

All those eligible can view their current salary in PeopleSoft, the Human Resources database. To view your current salary:

  • Go to the My TU home page
  • Click on PeopleSoft HCM (icon with 3 stick figures)
  • On the Main Menu go to Self Service
  • Select Payroll and Compensation
  • View Compensation History

Regular faculty and lecturers will receive their COLA and merit increase effective the beginning of their academic year contract.
