Staff and Faculty Pay Adjustments

Regular and contingent II staff employees that are active on July 1, 2023 will receive a 2% COLA effective on July 1.  Those eligible for a merit increase will also receive their 2.5% increase effective July 1, 2023 (after COLA).

Both the USM non-exempt pay structure and the TU exempt pay structure will be updated on July 1, 2023.  Non-exempt employees paid under the minimum of their pay range will receive a pay adjustment to the new minimum prior to any eligible COLA or merit.  Updated pay structures can be found on the Classification and Compensation website.

Regular faculty and lecturers will receive their COLA and merit increase effective the beginning of their academic year contract.

All those eligible can view their current salary in PeopleSoft, the Human Resources database. To view your current salary:

  • Go to the My TU home page
  • Click on PeopleSoft HCM (icon with 3 stick figures)
  • On the Main Menu go to Self Service
  • Select Payroll and Compensation
  • View Compensation History
