Students now use Microsoft for email and files
All students have been migrated from Google to Microsoft. 249,174,914 emails and 4,406,622 files were moved as part of this project!
TU students, faculty and staff now use the same services: Outlook for email and OneDrive for file storage/sharing. Email addresses have not changed.
How to access email and files
- The full suite of MS apps: m365.towson.edu and through tiles on myTU: “Microsoft 365” tile for all apps or directly access Outlook through the “Email” tile.
- Online through a browser: outlook.towson.edu and onedrive.towson.edu (open the GDrive folder for your migrated Google files)
- On mobile: download Outlook, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 apps from your device’s store.
Resources for using Microsoft
