Hawkins Hall, Psychology Building and Lecture Hall Roof Replacement

Please be advised that construction activity to replace the existing roofs at Hawkins Hall, Psychology Building, and Lecture Hall will start on May 25, 2023, and go through August 11, 2023 (weather dependent).

While The majority of work will occur on the roofs, there might be some disruption to usual pedestrian traffic routes around these buildings as the contractor will be staging on the lawns to the west of the buildings. Fences will be installed to block off areas for construction-related activities.

Towson Way will not be closed during the project, but vehicles will use this path to make deliveries to the job site, temporarily reducing the path’s width.  All detours will be signed appropriately, and ADA access will be maintained.
