How can I prepare for my upcoming Performance Review?
Performance Management is an ongoing cycle of goal-setting, feedback, and review, which allows employees and their supervisor to track and monitor progress towards goals. The performance review period is June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023.
To assist employees in preparing for their upcoming performance review meeting, the Office of Human Resources has developed a self-reflection form designed to help you engage in a performance conversation. As an active participant in the performance review process, we strongly encourage all staff to complete the self-reflection form and submit it to their direct supervisor. To access the form, open the forms repository through the Performance Management website.
The Office of Human Resources will also be hosting training sessions on working with your supervisor in the performance review process, including self-reflection, and participating in the performance review conversation. To sign up for one of the sessions, please click here.
