Managing Difficult Performance Conversations Workshop

Supervisors are required to complete performance reviews for their direct reports covering the period, June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023.  

As a supervisor, managing employees can be tough – especially when you need to have a difficult performance conversation. In the workplace, it is important that supervisors have the tools they need to respond to difficult performance conversations.  

The Office of Human Resources is hosting a workshop on Tuesday, May 23rd at 1:30 pm, covering topics related to facing and addressing difficult performance conversations in the workplace. You can read more about the session on the training calendar
