Downtime info for OTS’ Sunday maintenance window

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system and infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, April 30 from 6 a.m. – noon. The following services will be offline and unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Towson Online Services/PeopleSoft
  • PeopleSoft HCM
  • Timesheets
  • MyTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, OTS’ maintenance windows are Fridays from 6 p.m. to midnight and Sundays from 6 a.m. to noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
