Faculty, apply for the FACET Scholars program!
The FACET Scholars program is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 academic year due April 14, 2023.
The program’s purpose is to advance faculty research, with guidance from a nationally known scholar in the faculty member’s area of study. Up to six awards will be granted, with at least three of them given to tenure-track Assistant Professors or Librarians I and II who have been at Towson for four years or fewer. All academic disciplines are welcome.
Each successful applicant will:
- receive a $2000 stipend to support original research,
- receive mentorship from a senior scholar in the FACET Scholar’s field, and
- present findings to the university community at the annual TU Faculty Research Conference in Fall 2024.
