The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing network infrastructure maintenance from 6-10 a.m. this Sunday, March 19. The following service will be offline and unavailable intermittently during the maintenance window:

  • Inbound and outbound off-campus calls. Internal campus phones will not be affected. The Towson University Police Department can be reached from any location on campus. If you are off-campus and need to reach the TUPD during the maintenance window, call 410-830-2134.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Fridays, 6 p.m. – midnight and Sundays, 6 a.m. – noon. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments, and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center at 410-704-5151.
