Merriam Webster dictionary describes womanhood as “The state of being a woman” and “the distinguishing character or qualities of woman”, but what does womanhood mean to you and how does that coincide with society’s definition?

All woman-identifying students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in the exploration of defining womanhood at the 2023 Women in Leadership Conference. This year’s conference will be a 2-day event, starting on Friday, March 3rd with a 5:30pm cocktail kickoff and continuing Saturday, March 4th starting at 9am.

All registered students have the opportunity to engage in a pre-conference seminar on networking and selling yourself with the Career Center on Friday at 4pm in the University Union. All participants are invited to begin the conference with a networking cocktail kickoff the Friday of at 5:30pm in the Science Complex. Saturday will host a panel followed by breakout sessions probing the topics of identity, socialization, barrier breaking, leadership, and physicality.

Anyone interested in attending the Women in Leadership Conference should complete registration through Involved@TU.
