ImageNow/Perceptive Content is being upgraded today. This upgrade modernizes TU’s SSO process, enhances security capabilities and improves the digital experience.  

What to expect 

  • Downtime info: ImageNow/Perceptive Content will be unavailable starting at noon today through tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 23 at 5 a.m. When the upgrade is complete later in the day, posts will be made to OTS Alerts: alerts.towson.edu and Twitter: @OTSAlerts. 
  • Changes after the upgrade: when logging into ImageNow/Perceptive Content, all users will need to use their full TU email address instead of NetID.
