The College of Liberal Arts presents: “William Still’s Underground Railroad”
Andrew Diemer explores the life of William Still, known by many as “the father of the Underground Railroad.” Still, who worked alongside Harriet Tubman and others, was at the center of the struggle for Black Freedom and ultimately helped to lay the foundation for long-lasting activism in the Black community.
Dr. Diemer will also be signing copies of his new book – Vigilance: The Life of William Still, Father of the Underground Railroad.
