Starting on March 1, any messages or file attachments in Webex spaces and any meeting recordings in Webex that are older than three years old will be deleted. Moving ahead, those items will be automatically removed by Webex after three years. 

No actions are required on your part, other than moving ahead, consider using SharePoint, OneDrive and TU file shares for longer-term file storage for items you’d like to save.
