Did you know that all Black + Gold catered events are zero waste ready? That means that 90% of the waste generated at these events is divertible. So, next time you’re at a Black + Gold catered event keep an eye out for recyclable and compostable products.

If you’re unsure if a product is recyclable or compostable, use the new digital waste directory, Know Before You Throw, to search any item and find out which stream it goes in. Try out items such as “paper cup”, “coffee cup lid”, and “food scraps”.
