Login changes are coming to ImageNow/Perceptive Content, TU’s online document and image storage solution used by faculty and staff.

About the project

This upgrade modernizes TU’s Single Sign-On (SSO) process, enhances security capabilities and improves the digital experience.

What to expect

  • Downtime info: ImageNow/Perceptive Content will be unavailable from Wednesday, Feb. 22 at noon through Thursday, Feb. 23 at 5 a.m. When the upgrade is complete, posts will be made to OTS Alerts: alerts.towson.edu and Twitter: @OTSAlerts.
  • Changes after the upgrade: when logging into ImageNow/Perceptive Content, faculty and staff will need to use their full TU email address instead of their NetID.
