The next faculty and staff headshot day is Wednesday, February 22 in Admin 240A. Sign up for a time here. Faculty/Staff official headshots are taken for the TU website and for university publications. Appointments are required.
Faculty and staff requesting portrait services are expected to dress professionally in business attire. There is no special parking spot for a headshot photoshoot. Please come to the photo studio, located in the Administration Building in Room 240a, on time. Map of Towson University: https://www.towson.edu/maps/.
A single headshot will be provided, and it will take up to two weeks for editing, cropping and minimal retouching. After two weeks, it will be automatically uploaded to Omni-CMS. Please inform your department web editor that your new headshot was taken. For personal use go to towson.photoshelter.com and search for your name and download whichever crop best fits your needs. You will only need your TU ID and password to access the webpage. We do not email you your photo.

IF THERE ARE NO TIME SLOTS VISIBLE WHEN REGISTERING, PLEASE ASSUME THAT ALL TIME SLOTS FOR THE MONTH ARE TAKEN. Headshot day occurs monthly, so please try again next month.

awright@towson.edu to discuss if you meet the eligibility criteria to have one taken. TU photographic services do not take student headshots unless they are for use on the TU website or have been pre-approved for another use. The career center at Towson University offers FREE headshots to students.

Headshot day slots are highly sought after, so please do your best to attend the time slot you select. Although bookings should give you an automatic calendar notification, please mark your calendar for your selected day and time.
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please cancel your appointment so someone else may sign up in your place. Bookings doesn’t ‘allow’ cancellations within 24 hours of headshot day occurring, so please send an email if you are unable to make your scheduled time within 24 hours.
Please try and avoid signing up for a headshot more than once during an academic year. Unless there is an important reason for a new headshot it’s important to keep available spaces reserved for new hires and those in need of an updated image.
