This January: new look for Microsoft logins and Duo authentication
In mid-late January, when logging into Microsoft 365, you’ll notice the login screen asking for TU credentials will look slightly different. Faculty and staff still need to use Duo, which will also have a new look. Duo devices can still be managed through towson.edu/netid.
About the project
This update modernizes TU’s Single Sign-On (SSO) process, enhances security capabilities, improves the digital experience and streamlines systems. This change only affects Microsoft 365 logins, other systems using SSO will be part of a future project.
What to expect
The steps are the same as they are now: you’ll be prompted for login with your TU credentials. The screen will look a bit different but the experience will be intuitive.
