HR End-of-Year Processing Deadlines
Benefits:
- To make changes to supplemental retirement plan deductions for January 2023: form must be submitted by COB 12/19/22
Hiring:
- The last new hire session of 2022 will be on Wednesday, 12/14/22
- To have a new hire start on 12/14/22, the request for offer must be approved by 12/6/22 (recommend submitting by 12/5/22)
- Contingent I new hires starting prior to the end of 2022 should have approved offers by 12/6/22
- The first new hire session of 2023 will be on Wednesday 1/4/23
- To have a new hire start on 1/4/23, the request for offer must be approved by 12/19/22 (recommend submitting by 12/15)
Job postings:
- To have a position posted by the end of 2022, the requisition must be approved by 12/20/22 (recommend submitting by 12/15/22)
Contingent I renewals:
- To have a contingent contract renewed before the end of the year, the renewal must be approved by 12/14/22 (recommend submitting by 12/12/22)
- Reminder: If the employee was an active contingent I on 11/1/22, adjust the pay rate up 4.5% on the renewal rate
Temporary assignments:
- To end a temporary assignment before the end of the year, please notify your HR Partner by 12/13/22
- To extend a temporary assignment beyond the end of the year, please notify your HR Partner by 12/20/22
Separations:
- All employees that are separating before the end of the year must have the separation form submitted by 12/20/22
