Towsontown Garage Access Limited Nov. 2-4
As construction on the University Union building reaches completion, the temporary office trailers on site will be demobilized and removed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Nov. 2 with a projected completion on Thursday, Nov. 4. During this time, the ground level entrance of the Towsontown parking garage will be intermittently closed as a safety measure and to prevent long traffic lines while traffic is interrupted to move the trailers.
As a result of intermittent closures, please take note of the following:
- To avoid delays, please enter and exit the Towsontown Garage from the third level entrance on the Resident Towers/Health Center side.
- When the ground level access is closed, flagger personnel and signs will redirect vehicles to the third level entrance of the garage. Please follow posted signs and directions from flaggers.
- Faculty/Staff parking will be available on the ground level of the Towsontown Garage. If you need to leave during the closure, park on the second level for easy egress on the third level entrance/exit. If Faculty/Staff spaces are full, permit holders may park in Core spaces during this time only.
- Alternate parking will be available in the Glen Garage, Union Garage and in designated overflow lots near Unitas Stadium and SECU Arena.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this demobilization process.
