Parking & Transportation Notice – Homecoming Football Game (October 22, 2022)

Parking & Transportation Services would like to notify the campus community about some changes to Game Day parking for the Homecoming Football game against William & Mary on Saturday, October 22, 2022. – Stadium lots will close at 4:30 pm on Friday October 21 and re-open Saturday (game day) at noon. Game day parking permits are required for Lots 6, 7 and 8. Only vehicles that have the proper game day permit will be allowed access to those areas.

-General parking is available in Stadium Lots 4 &5 and all Core Campus garages. -Shuttles will be available from 12:00pm (noon) to 8:30 pm from Glen and Union Garages to Lot 8 near the Stadium area.

-The Gold Route Shuttle will operate on its normal schedule from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.

-Paratransit service for those with mobility needs will be provided from 8:00am on Saturday through 1 hour after the game ends.

-Tailgating will be allowed in designated areas only and must be in accordance with established tailgating policies. No tailgating is permitted in any garages.
