  • Connect your device to the correct campus Wi-Fi network. Learn more at towson.edu/wireless.
  • Let us know about Wi-Fi issues at towson.edu/reportwifi and see quick troubleshooting fixes at towson.edu/fixwifi.
  • Faculty/Staff can expect online Security Awareness training to be delivered to their TU in box this semester.
  • Blackboard is transitioning to Blackboard Ultra in Fall 2024. Visit our Ultra Course organization site to register for the self-paced 14-week asynchronous course, plus get support and one-on-one training from a TU Blackboard Administrator. • Faculty can get support for multimedia (3D printing, VR, equipment loans and studios) use in student assignments from Classroom and Computer Lab Technology. Learn more about how to use these services.
  • Get free or discounted software.
  • Follow us on social media for tech info that affects the campus, including Blackboard, cybersecurity, classroom technology topics and major computing service outage news: Twitter @TechAtTU and Facebook @TechnologyAtTU. Alerts only can be followed at @OTSAlerts.
