Staff and Faculty Pay Adjustments

Regular and contingent II staff employees that were active on July 1, 2022 have received their 3% COLA.  Those eligible for a merit increase have also received their 2.5% increase effective July 1, 2022.

Contingent I staff employees that were working on July 1, 2022 and received a COLA in January 2022 have received their 3% COLA adjustment.  For contingent I staff employees that were not working on July 1, but will return to work prior to August 31, the effective date of the COLA will be the date they return to employment.

Regular faculty and lecturers will receive their COLA and merit increase effective the beginning of their academic year contract.

Adjunct faculty that received a COLA in January 2022 will receive their COLA adjustment effective the beginning of their Fall contract.

All those eligible can view their current salary in PeopleSoft, the Human Resources database. To view your current salary:

  • Go to the My TU home page
  • Click on PeopleSoft HCM (icon with 3 stick figures)
  • On the Main Menu go to Self Service
  • Select Payroll and Compensation
  • View Compensation History
