State of MD Employee Benefits Division (EBD) has released a SurveyMonkey survey to all its participants regarding 2022 – State of Maryland Plans.  The survey is coming from supportgroup.ebd@maryland.gov via SurveyMonkey.  This is a legitimate survey, and we would like to encourage all active enrollees to participate.  Annually, the Employee Benefits Division (EBD) surveys our members who have participated in the medical, dental, prescription drug and FSA programs. The survey has been sent to 2,000 members of each plan, meaning 2,000 from each carrier for a total 12,000 members. The survey closes on August 12th. When you have a moment, please participate.
