Training for TU’s new business platform
When Stratus launches July 11, it will replace PeopleSoft Financials with a modernized, standardized and simplified business platform. All employees will be able to enter purchase requisitions and travel authorizations, while existing PeopleSoft Financials users will have expanded self-service capabilities. Get familiar with Stratus now so you’re prepared to use it after launch.
Access Stratus Training
All TU employees should complete training on the Stratus modules they expect to use, such as general navigation, employee reimbursements, travel and purchasing. Supervisors, financial stewards and cost center managers are required to complete training for all Stratus modules by July 11 to facilitate a smooth transition to system approvals. Access Stratus training materials now, including videos and self-help docs to help you get familiar with the system, as well as self-guided learning activities where you can test your skills. You can refer to FAQ if needed or sign up to work through questions with a Stratus expert during dedicated office hours.
Training covers all modules, including:
- General Navigation
- Chart of Accounts
- Employee Reimbursements
- Travel
- ProCard
- Purchasing
- Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Journals
- Budget Transfers and Review
- Reporting (coming mid-June)
For more information on the project, visit the Stratus website or email the project team.
