Department Visitor Code Renewals for FY23

Parking & Transportation Services would like to remind those who issue department guest parking codes to campus visitors that the codes issued for this academic year will expire June 30, 2022. After that date, they will no longer be valid for use through the ParkMobile Reservation system.  If you have a departmental guest after June 30, 2022, you should provide them with or utilize a new code.  Requests for FY23 department visitor codes will be accepted beginning May 23, 2022.  New codes will be valid from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.  Additional visitor code requests may be submitted throughout the year.  To make your request, please submit the Visitor Code Request Form.

As a reminder, codes may only be given to individuals who are guests of the campus. Faculty/staff and students may not be given codes for any reason and may be subject to significant fines and other sanctions if they are found using a code.

Billing for FY22 codes will be done in early July through PeopleSoft journal entries or an invoice will be sent.  These billings will be applied to your FY22 budget.  Departments will only be billed for codes that are actually used through ParkMobile for/by a guest during the fiscal year.
