OTS Sunday Maintenance Window: Extended downtime affecting PeopleSoft and Towson Online Services

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance on Sunday, May 8 from 7 a.m. until approximately 6 p.m. The following services will be unavailable during that time:

• myTU Login (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
• ImageNow
• PeopleSoft HCM
• PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
• Timesheets

PeopleSoft Financials might experience intermittent and minor impacts as a result of this maintenance.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
